The objective of the IOUF – CICRCL PhD Program is to award Dual Doctor of Philosophy degrees through its partners, the Universidad Azteca in Mexico and the Universidad Central de Nicaragua in recognition of Learners who demonstrate competencies in advanced research and proficiency in a field of study.
PhD degrees in Social Change are awarded in the following fields: Environmental Studies, Social Science, Psychology, Management, and Education. Included in these areas are the subfields of Environmental Science, Health Science, Alternative Medicine, Comparative Religion, and various sub fields of Psychology.
IOUF-CICRCL’s Dual Degree program also offers a PhD by publication. A doctorate can be awarded to a scholar who has a book published in his or her field on the basis of the publication. Books not published in English must be translated.
